I had a wonderful stay at a charming Italian building in a fantastic location. The room was lovely and the shower was nice and warm. The check-in process was smooth and the owner was friendly. Plus, the 10% discount at the on-site restaurant was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a charming hotel that was located so close to the Firenze SMN station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed with decent quality sheets. The bathroom was adequate and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. Although there was no mention of breakfast, we found a small cafe down the corner that served delicious food at a reasonable price. the location and the room made our stay enjoyable.
The check-in process was a bit difficult, as we had trouble finding the place and our room ended up being in a different building, causing some confusion.

Convenient location near train station and tourist attractions. Restaurants, shops, and market stalls nearby. Charming Italian-style room with refrigerator and clean bathroom. Quiet and cool with good internet. Friendly and punctual staff. Good value for money, will return.

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was so close to everything - restaurants, shopping, and all the sights. Plus, it was just a stone's throw away from the Firenze SMN station, making it super convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the room was also great, and the hotel facilities were great.

This hotel is such a great find! it offers amazing value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive - the rooms are kept clean daily, which is a big plus. And let's not forget the location, it's like staying in some Italian palace! Just a stone's throw away from the Firenze SMN station, you have easy access to all the sights in Florence. Plus, the hotel is conveniently situated close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you want to see.
The only small area for improvement would be to offer more variety for breakfast. While the sweet pastries are nice, it would be great to have a few more options to choose from.

Positive aspects of the stay at Soggiorno Annamaria: Traditional Italian building, great location, lovely room, 10% discount at the restaurant, excellent location near city center highlights, close to the train station.
